Hotel Policy, Terms and conditions of services
1. Check-in is from 1 p.m., and check-out is by 10 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. To guarantee early arrival or late departure, book the night before. Rooms not claimed by 6 p.m. may be reassigned unless otherwise arranged.
2. A copy of the ID (s)/passport(s) issued by the government is compulsory for all occupants, including sharers, and will be made upon check-in.
3. In case you need to leave early morning, please inform reception by 8 PM the day before.
4. Lucerna-Kabgayi Hotel reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event that a guest leaves earlier than the original departure date, as per the cancellation policy.
5. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before or after your booking without notice.
6. For the confirmation of a reservation of one room or more, an advance payment of 50% up to 10 days before use of the room is deemed to have been agreed. For bookings at shorter notice, this advance payment is due directly.
7. Any visitors not booked with the hotel will be charged according to our terms and conditions. Visitors are not allowed in rooms after 8 PM.
8. Guests with non-refundable reservations will be liable for the full duration of their original booking.
9. Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is properly secured at all times. Lucerna-Kabgayi Hotel's management will not be held responsible for the loss of personal items and valuables left in guest rooms. In-reception safes are provided and recommended for guest use.
10. Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their hotel room or any internal/external areas of the Hotel. This liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors
11. Within the constraints of availability, we promise to find suitable alternatives in another residence if a particular room cannot be provided for any reason.
12. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner.
13. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in eviction without a refund.
14. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. A cleaning fee will apply if this policy is violated
15. All ages are welcome. Sorry, pets are not allowed Cancellation Policy
16. A refund of services ordered but not used is not possible
17. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 Days before arrival.
18. we reserve the right to charge in the following scale: 80% of the agreed service up to 1 day before arrival and 100% of the agreed service zero days before arrival.
19. The total cost will be charged in case of a no-show or late cancellation.
20. Verbal side agreements are not valid. Cancellations, changes, and additions must be in writing (email, WhatsApp, message/SMS).
